Overview
Don Seymour & Associates was established in 1990 to provide advice on Senior Leadership issues to hospitals and health systems throughout the United States. Following several years of success the firm merged with another consulting organization and was subsequently purchased by APACHE Medical Systems, a publicly traded NASDAQ company specializing in evidence based medicine and decision support.
In late 2006 DS&A reemerged with a continued emphasis on Senior Leadership issues which we define as strategic planning, physician/hospital alignment and governance design & development.
Don Seymour, the firm's principle consultant is also a well known speaker, facilitator and author. Among his accomplishments are the following:
